Pre-Order: Scarlet Anger - Echoes Of The Past [Digipak]

Scarlet Anger are among the established names on the European thrash metal scene. The new tracks on what is now their fourth studio album take a slightly more modern and experimental musical direction, reflecting the band's evolution over the years. The tracks sound more contemporary, more polished and more varied. Rather than simply repeating what Scarlet Anger have done in the past, the band members wanted to explore new possibilities and take their music into new dimensions. As always, the recording took place at guitarist Fred Molitor's studio, where he was also responsible for the mix. Tony Lindgren handled the mastering at the renowned Fascination Street Studios in Sweden, with whom the band had previously had a very positive experience on the album Freak Show. With Echoes of the Past, Scarlet Anger aim to show where they stand today: a band that remains true to it's roots, continues to evolve musically and has the courage to break new ground.
