Pre-Order: Full Crate - New Home Same Heart [LP]

"New Home Same Heart" is the next chapter for Full Crate, following his debut album A Kid From Yerevan. Raised in Armenia, based in Amsterdam for more than 20 years and now settling in California, he has always been on the move. The title reflects that balance: a new place, but the same heart and values. The album is about pushing past fear and embracing change. Growing up between cultures left him with a quiet sense that home could disappear, and rather than letting that stop him, he has learned to keep creating inside it.

To visualize the journey, Full Crate built the world of "The Diner," a warm, cinematic space where time is suspended and reality bends. There he learns to weather the storms, knowing "every storm shall pass," and to take a chance on love. Lyrically, the album covers feeling misunderstood, love, heartbreak and the strain of personal and professional relationships, with perseverance at its core.

This is Full Crate's most personal album yet. More than three and a half years in California have shaped its sound. The sun, the landscapes and Los Angeles's large Armenian community echo his childhood in Armenia and make it feel more like home than anywhere he has lived. The music leans into indie, alternative and pop while keeping his warm, soulful R&B backbone, and draws on the wide mix of genres he grew up hearing on MTV. It also features more live instrumentation than any of his previous work: live drums, rich pianos and far more guitar.
